- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain the purchase ledger, including reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Providing support to Buying team with PO process where required.
- Set up new suppliers and trade accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any invoice or payment-related issues.
- Set up & maintain supplier records and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and filed appropriately.
