Junior Commercial Property LawyerLondon Local AuthorityLocum contract 3 months+Hybrid£40 - £45p/h (Umbrella)A London Local Authority is looking to recruit a qualified Junior Commercial Property lawyer to join their welcoming and hard-working team. The locum assignment will begin on a 3-month initial term, with a view to extend beyond this.The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and team but there will be a rewarding caseload. The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will possess the skills necessary to effectively time manage and maintain an excellent standard of work. Our client is seeking a Property Lawyer with prior experience working for a Local Authority and requires the successful candidate to provide accurate commercial property legal advice to clients.Some of the key responsibilities of the role will include:

Commercial Landlord and Tenant work
Provide efficient advice on various legal matters, such as Local Government issues and a range of freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions
Negotiate commercial lease and licensing agreements
