This Associate Director role sits within a specialist treasury consultancy, focused on designing and delivering large-scale treasury and payment system transformations for global corporates. You'll lead architectural design, manage delivery workstreams, and act as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex treasury change. It's a senior, hands-on role combining technical insight with project leadership.This is more than just a systems role, it's about being at the heart of transformation. The newly formed opportunity as an Associate Director of Treasury Architecture, will see you bridging the gap between treasury operations and technology design, helping clients navigate large-scale systems change. You'll bring leadership to TMS architecture and delivery, working across internal teams and directly with clients to steer major projects from blueprint to build.You'll be hands-on with solution design, delivery frameworks, integration strategies, and cross-stream programme management. But more than that, you'll be a trusted advisor, someone clients rely on for clarity, direction, and real-world treasury insight.

Act as the go-to architecture lead and delivery partner across treasury systems projects
Shape integration strategies and systems design for payment and treasury platforms
Lead project planning and delivery tracking, from RAID logs to stakeholder updates
Offer structured guidance to clients on roadmap decisions and implementation paths
Collaborate closely with Global Delivery Services and Treasury Consulting teams to ensure smooth execution
Validate technical designs and troubleshoot delivery challenges as they arise
Support project scoping and proposals with architectural insight during pre-sales
Contribute to internal tools, frameworks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that raise the bar internally and externally
Help embed the firm's unique delivery model across projects and teams

Lead complex treasury tech projects for global corporatesJoin a high-impact consultancy with hybrid London workingYou'll likely be a seasoned treasury technology or transformation consultant or have been involved at the Treasury Manager level within a current corporate and taken the lead on a TMS implementation or two. You want to be just as comfortable in front of a client as you are mapping out system flows. You thrive in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments and are someone who's earned their stripes leading complex treasury change.What you'll bring:

5+ years' experience in TMS implementation or transformation (FIS Integrity & Quantum preferable)
A deep understanding of TMS, payment systems, and how they connect into wider finance architecture
Hands-on project delivery experience, ideally across multiple workstreams or global programmes
A sharp eye for risk, a steady hand for delivery, and the confidence to keep stakeholders aligned
Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and in a boardroom
A good handle on project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid etc.)
Comfortable working globally, this is a role with international exposure and occasional travel
