- Overseeing kitchen management, ensuring smooth service across a 7-day operation (5 on, 2 off).
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
- Supporting with purchasing, ordering, and stock management.
- Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team to achieve excellence under pressure.
- Delivering consistent quality and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Strong management and communication skills – a natural leader with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for delivering high standards and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Previous experience in a similar Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie role.
