We’re recruiting for a straight-to-permanent position with a growing company – offering long-term stability and career progression for the right candidate!💼 The Role:
- 50% Forklift Counterbalance / 50% Warehouse Operative
- Manual handling up to 18kg
- Receiving, handling, and stacking pallets with boxed products
- 12-hour shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off (08:00–20:00)
- Some evening and night shifts may be required during busy peak periods
- Shift patterns may change depending on business demand
- £13.76/hour – Forklift Counterbalance
- £14.33/hour – If you also hold a Flexi licence
- FULL Counterbalance licence required (in-date)
- Experience essential in both forklift and warehouse roles
- FLEXI licence is a bonus (higher pay rate applies)
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Must be able to drive – location is not accessible by public transport
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including potential evenings or nights
- Immediate start available
- Straight-to-permanent contract – no temp-to-perm period
