The successful candidate will join a collaborative leadership team, helping to modernise systems, strengthen infrastructure, and enhance customer experience. As well as embedding capabilities across cloud, data, AI and cyber-security, aligning technology with evolving business strategy.What you'll be doing
  • Report to the Executive Team to develop and deliver a forward-looking IT strategy
  • Lead the IT function across infrastructure, operations, development and security
  • Drive transformation of legacy systems and enable digital growth
  • Manage budgets, whilst building and empowering a talented team
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to support business change.
Who we are looking forWe're open to IT leaders from a range of backgrounds and leadership styles. You may be an experienced IT Director or a rising Head of Technology ready for your next challenge.Ideally, you'll be based in the North West or open to relocating, with the flexibility to work on-site three days a week in a collaborative office environment.You'll bring experience from multi-site, omnichannel, or customer-facing environments, along with a solid understanding of cloud platforms, IT service management, and cybersecurity.Most importantly, you'll have the ability to lead with clarity, collaborate effectively, and deliver technology that drives real business value.The offer
