Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annumThe key responsibilities of a Finance Manager will include:Lead and manage a team of 2 direct reports, providing mentorship and supporting their professional development.Oversee monthly transactions, ensuring accurate coding in line with budgets and account structures.Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and produce management reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.Manage VAT returns and fixed asset register.Assist with the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting.Support the preparation of annual statutory accounts and lead financial audits to ensure compliance.Adopt a proactive, hands-on approach, ensuring critical deadlines and project goals are consistently met.Finance Manager - TamesideWell-established business offering hybrid workingA successful Finance Manager should have:
