The TikTok Shop Europe Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team focuses on developing e-commerce strategies for emerging markets. We drive market growth by crafting tailored plans, optimising operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support merchants and creators. Our mission is to enable sustainable success in Europe's dynamic e-commerce landscape through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with category managers to design and execute category operation strategies, including partner, product, and content strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyse partner segments and optimise short video and live streaming strategies tailored to different partner characteristics.
- Develop and refine product selection strategies based on user preferences and platform insights.
- Optimise business SOPs, conduct root cause analysis, and provide scalable solutions for category-level operational issues.
- Build best practices and playbooks to enable partners to implement effective, data-backed strategies.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in 2026 with an MBA or advanced degree
- Strong data sense and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Solid logical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
