Shifts/Days:Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMStart Date:SeptemberOverview:Our client is a well-established company specialising in refurbishment and new build projects across the UK. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Agent to manage a range of projects, including bars, restaurants, and specialist builds.This role requires someone with hands-on experience and the ability to oversee all phases of construction, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely completion.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of construction sites to meet quality and specification standards
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Conduct daily reports and audits in line with health and safety requirements
  • Manage project schedules and liaise with clients regarding progress
  • Maintain professional client relationships and represent the company on site
  • Control project budgets and monitor financial performance
  • Quickly resolve on-site issues to maintain progress and timelines
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure successful delivery of all projects
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in refurbishment projects
  • Trade background in joinery, preferably 2nd fix/finishing joinery
  • Valid CSCS Card, SMSTS or SSSTS, and First Aid Certification
  • Strong subcontractor management and safety compliance skills
  • Confident communicator and team leader with client-facing experience
  • Self-motivated and capable of independently running projects
  • Experience managing projects valued between £250k - £2 million
  • Comfortable with typical project durations of 16-20 weeks
