Our Housekeeping Heartist® team works in harmony with all departments to delivery 5* hospitality in our rooms and/or public areas. The ultimate goal is to maintain our 5* atmosphere with care and precision for the finer details and have a strong awareness of time management. Our Heartists® work with precision and care to enhance the guest experience. Offering personalised touches, exuding a passion for the finer details and in providing a luxury inner sanctuary for our guests.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWe hire mostly on personality & potential but here are a few of our requirements...
  • A positive can do attitude and the passion to provide 5* Hospitality.
  • To have excellent teamwork and communication skills, establishing strong relationships across all departments.
  • The provision of care and a passion for delivering a positive guest experience and promoting 5* standards.
  • To excel in time management and pride in standards of work.
