- Recent graduate (2:1 or above preferred).
- Cold calling/Sales experienced preferred

- Extroverted and driven – you’re motivated by targets and enjoy being rewarded for success.
- Background in competitive sport or high-level extra-curricular achievement is highly desirable.
- 1:1 mentorship from experienced consultants.
- Structured graduate training programme.
- Ongoing coaching in business development, market mapping, and candidate sourcing.
- Clear career path – with the potential to progress quickly into senior roles.
- Basic salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (DOE).
- Uncapped commission – realistic first year earnings £70k–£80k.
