About the Role:As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing 3rd line BAU IT Infrastructure support while leading infrastructure projects to drive business innovation and expansion.   • Guiding Excellence:
  • Provide mentorship and promote a 'shift-left' approach, extending guidance to all IT Operations areas.
  • Infrastructure Lifecycle Management:
  • Manage end-to-end infrastructure lifecycle, including installation, upgrades, maintenance, provisioning, and vigilant monitoring.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead the execution and delivery of technical infrastructure projects, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Collaborative Improvement Advocate:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive continuous improvement in infrastructure services and processes.
  • Ownership and Resolution Expert:
  • Take ownership of technical issues and major incidents, conducting root cause analysis for effective resolution.
  • 24/7 Support:
  • Contribute to a 24/7 on-call rotation, providing crucial support for infrastructure service availability.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation for a valuable knowledge base.

Key Requirements:Technical Skills Summary:
  • Windows Server up to 2022.
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, PKI.
  • Veeam for backup and DR.
  • VMware and virtualization expertise.
  • Azure Identity Services, Infrastructure Architect, and Migration.
  • PowerShell (Python desirable).
