Ensure all callouts meet client KPIs and service level agreements ✅
Swiftly investigate and resolve customer queries or complaints 🔍
Maintain accurate customer invoicing and detailed records on our CRM system 🗂️
Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless operations 🤝Who You Are:To shine in this role, you should have:A proven track record of building strong customer relationships 🌈
Clear and timely communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and time management skills ⏰
Experience coordinating schedules (preferred but not essential)
