- Make outbound calls to new customers and existing database leads who have expressed interest in holiday home ownership with Park Holidays UK.
- Build relationships and follow up with leads in a timely manner to convert interest into sales opportunities.
- Work closely with park sales teams to identify and maximise opportunities for caravan sales.
- Manage and update the lead management system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets that align with the overall telesales team's objectives.
- Visit parks to gain a thorough understanding of the product and locations to enhance your ability to sell holiday homes effectively.
- Previous sales experience, ideally from a customer service background.
- Experience with telemarketing or outbound calls is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt your approach for different customer interactions.
- Proficiency in managing CRM or lead management systems.
- High degree of self-motivation and enthusiasm for sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual targets.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.
- Ability to work at least 1 evening per week
- Alternate weekend availability (Saturday 9am - 5pm, Sunday 10am - 4pm).
