- Support strategic planning by delivering actionable financial recommendations.
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Present financial data to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Drive cost optimisation initiatives across the business.
- Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters within the organisation.
- Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A and business partnering within a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 and annual bonus.
