Start ASAPAn exciting opportunity awaits a skilled and motivated Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our clients' dynamic team . In this specialist role, you will manage a complex caseload of pelvic health patients, using your clinical expertise to provide advanced, evidence- based care. Working autonomously, you will play a key role in assessing and treating patients with a wide range of pelvic health conditions, helping them achieve long-term health outcomes.As a senior member of the team, you will also lead the development of pelvic health services within the practice. This includes driving service improvements, implementing best practices, and fostering relationships with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.They are looking for a compassionate, proactive, and ambitious physiotherapist with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will have the opportunity to enhance your clinical, teaching, and leadership skills, with support for ongoing professional development. Mon-Fri 7.30am-7.30pm Sat: 8am-4pmWork Hours:
37.5 hours per week - inclusive of Saturday working rota Hybrid working pattern:
- 32 hours in clinic
- 5.5 hours working from home for notes, admin and self-developmentAnnual Leave:
28 days, inclusive of bank holidaysEssential Criteria:
- BSc in Physiotherapy.
- Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) registration.
- Evidence of portfolio demonstrating post-graduate continued professional development.
- Postgraduate training or development in management and leadership skills.
- Membership of special interest groups (POGP)
- Knowledge/understanding of private practice healthcare.
- Masters in Physiotherapy or relevant qualification.
- Involvement in special interest groups
- Extensive experience in post qualification with evidenced experience at a senior level within MSK and Pelvic Health speciality.
- Experience in managing patients with complex physical and psychological presentations.
- Experience of supervising junior and senior members of qualified staff.
- Experience in leading a service/team.
- Involvement in clinical audit/research/policy implementation.
- Experience of incident investigation and implementation of change of practice as a result.
- Evaluation of clinical practice including participation in research/audit/service evaluation and quality improvement projects.
