  • Engage with children and families to support them in overcoming challenges and accessing the necessary resources and interventions.
  • Work closely with multi-agency teams to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all interventions and decisions in line with local authority policies and procedures.
  • Participate in case conferences and strategy meetings to represent the social work perspective and contribute to decision-making processes.
