Whether you're a recent graduate or someone with experience supporting young people, this could be the perfect first (or next!) step in your career.What the Role Involves:Supporting students aged 11–16 with a range of additional needs including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and speech or communication difficultiesHelping students thrive both inside and outside the classroom with tailored academic and emotional supportWorking 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence, routine, and progressCollaborating with teaching staff and SENCOs to create inclusive learning spacesUsing your empathy and initiative to build trust and break down barriers to learningWhat We’re Looking For:Someone with experience working with young people (schools, youth work, care, etc.)A calm, consistent presence who brings patience and positivitySEND or TA Level 3 qualifications are great, but not essential—training will be provided!An interest in education, psychology, or child developmentAbove all, someone who genuinely caresRole Details:Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:15pmTerm-time only (16 weeks of holiday per year!)Long-term placements, with opportunities to stay onStart ASAP or from September—your choiceWhy Join Protocol Education?💻 Free CPD training all year round💬 Support from y
