- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within the Pallet Distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of Pallet networks sector and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Competence in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Competitive salary ranging from £50000 to £58000 per annum, depending on experience.
