Property Solicitor.We are seeking:Due to continued expansion, opportunities exist for full-time Experienced Residential Conveyancer / New Build Conveyancer / Property Solicitor / Legal Executives to join us working from our Bicester and Milton Keynes offices.We offer a starting salary of £40-45k depending on qualification and experience plus performance related bonus following successful probation.   • Independently manage a conveyancing caseload with a high degree of diligence and care
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, particularly AML legislation
  • Utilise modern case management systems to optimise efficiency and service delivery
  • Participate actively in professional development events, conferences, and client meetings
  • Contribute to the expansion of our introducer network and commercial partnerships
  • Understand and apply the firm's billing protocols, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency
  • Act as an ambassador for Evolve Law, upholding our culture, vision, and values at all times
  • Support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and shared learning opportunities
About You:We are seeking an individual who possesses the following attributes:
  • Relevant legal qualifications and/or substantial experience in residential conveyancing
  • Proficiency in legal case management systems
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach
