THIS POST IS FIXED TERM/SECONDMENT FOR UPTO 24 MONTHS DUE TO FUNDINGVelindre University NHS Trust is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Estates Manager to lead the Trust-wide estates function, ensuring safe, sustainable, and compliant healthcare environments. This senior role involves strategic planning, operational estates management, capital project delivery, and oversight of compliance across engineering services and critical systems.1.   • oLegislation with regard to statutory and Health and Safety with regard to the Estate including COSHH, asbestos and legionella
  • oGood working knowledge and understanding of environmental sustainability issues and carbon reduction

  • oMechanical/electrical engineering qualification
