If you’ve got experience supporting children with behavioural needs and love being the steady hand in a busy classroom, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Be DoingSetting up and tidying classrooms to keep learning spaces safe and calmSupporting teachers with lesson prep and learning materialsHelping children stay focused, engaged, and on trackKeeping an eye on behaviour and encouraging positive routinesJoining in on activities, school outings, and group learningWorking closely with the teacher to track pupil progressCreating a warm, safe, and inclusive space for learningWhat We’re Looking For✅ A calm, patient, and upbeat approach
✅ Experience supporting children with SEMH or behavioural challenges
✅ Clear communicator who builds trust easily
✅ Great under pressure and quick to adapt
✅ Someone who understands children’s needs and supports them with kindness
