Anderselite are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor for a Site manager to be based on site in North Hampshire. The Site Manager will take full responsibility for production functions on security and civil works projects of typical value between £1m-£8m. You will manage them from award through to completion maintaining and maximising quality of service and profitability.The ideal candidate for this role will need to have:
  • A good understanding of general civil engineering works with a strong focus on health and safety
  • Sub-contractor management experience including fencing, drainage, ducting and general excavation works
  • CSCS card & SMSTS cards
  • Adept at on-site management: approval of risk assessments and method statements, problem solving and implementing management systems.
  • Excellent communication, people, and team management skills with the ability to motivate others
  • Full driving licence
