Colleague Restaurant AssistantNobu Hotel London Portman Square 22 Portman Square, London (West), London, W1H 7BGSHARE:As a Colleague Restaurant Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to the highest of Nobu standards. Your main responsibility will be to assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverage in the staff restaurant and ensuring the space is clean and well maintained. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
  • To prepare, present, monitor quality and serve food in the staff restaurant to the highest Nobu standards.
  • To ensure the staff restaurant is properly set up and operating seamlessly as scheduled.
  • Consistently ensure that safety, hygiene and cleaning practices are present at all times, ensuring safe storage of all food items.
  • Receive food items and ensuring proper storage until needed.
  • Monitoring Health & Safety, Hygiene practices are present and being adhered to by staff members.
  • Maintaining the staff restaurants equipment ensuring it's in in safe clean working condition and reporting any breakdowns or faults to the engineering team.
  • To develop and provide a consistent and efficient level of service and food production.
  • To know in detail all food related menus including any allergy requirements on the day.
  • Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
