- Negotiating and drafting complex licensing, distribution and other commercial and industry agreements
- Providing strategic guidance on various regulatory matters (in particular, on compliance with new laws), licensing and new entertainment industry developments
- Closely cooperating internationally with business and legal stakeholders
- Some travel may be required
- Excellent analytical and communication skills and the ability to act as a business partnerPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of experience in a national or international law firm, preferably with experience working on copyright/licensing, technology, or regulatory matters
- Ability to develop creative and pragmatic solutions to novel legal questions
- Good judgment in ambiguous and complex situations
- Ability to deliver results independently
