Your new roleScheduling Operations teamWe're responsible for planning and co-ordinating the working day of Trade Operatives to ensure all responsive, planned and cyclical works are appointed to the satisfaction of the customer. In order to plan repairs in as efficiently as possible we use our scheduling system Total Mobile Optimise, to ensure our diaries are filled to maximum capacity with minimal travel.Your new roleCustomers are at the heart of everything we do and we're excited to be looking for a new Scheduling Operations Planner to join our team to make sure our customers continue to receive a service second to none - and we need you!You'll be responsible for planning and coordinating the working day of trade operatives so that our colleagues receive all of the information for them to carry out their works.
