Live out or Live in Nanny Job, Mayfair, ASAP startA returning client of Greycoat Lumleys is looking for a Live out Nanny for their son, aged 1 year. Mum is working from home and is very involved, so someone who is comfortable with shared care and happy to follow Mum’s lead is essential. Older children may visit the home from time to time, but they are older, very self-sufficient, and not the responsibility of the Nanny.The family is looking for someone highly organised and flexible, but also calm and discrete. The family follows a child-led approach to education, with no rigid routines, and it is essential that the Nanny follows this as well.Longevity is especially valued by this family, and they are looking for someone long-term.The family has a preference for Live out, but would consider renting an apartment for the perfect candidate.Please only apply if you have experience working for high profile families.Duties:
  • Maintaining communication with Mum
  • Organising age-appropriate activities
  • Booking classes, playdates, and appointments for the baby
  • Travelling with the family
  • Occasional PA duties for the family
Salary: top salary for right candidate (dependent on experience and qualification)
Days: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (bonus for Sundays sometimes, but not essential)
Hours: 12pm to 8pm
Driving: not required
Travel: yes
Language: English essential, Italian bonus
Other staff employed: two housekeepers
Qualification: Norland, Montessori, or ex-teacher highly preferred
Accommodation (if Live in): separate apartment
