- Ownership of certain asset types associated with statutory compliance and development of standards, specifications and processes relating to the management and use of systems and asset types requiring statutory compliance management
- Surveys, audits, and process confirmations of systems and assets within field of influence, their condition
- Ownership, monitoring and managing supplier performance
- Identification of opportunities for efficiency improvements, development of business cases and support to the implementation of opportunities
- Provide specialist support to facilities management engineers and maintenance professionals across Air locations
- Collaboration with external stakeholders to ensure quality, continuity, and safety of utilities and building systems
- Supporting the wider Engineering and Sustainability team on the development of innovation opportunities to decarbonise the estate and manufacturing systems
- Delivery of awareness/training to other relevant stakeholders
