- Due to the nature of the role, we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year. Infrequent travel to other Motorpoint locations may be necessary*
- Driving sales through a high performing team of Sales Executives.
- Daily review of KPIs and action plans.
- Daily team brief.
- Customer record and sales lead management.
- Second face customers - to add value or placate any issues.
- Weekly 1-1s with team members.
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on trends and identifying areas for improvement.
- Weekly meetings with key stakeholders across the business.
- Resource management and planning, including annual leave and rotas.
- Team recognition.
- Boosting your team's social media presence.
- Developing and implementing longer-term people and performance strategy.
- Organising regular team socials.
- Taking responsibility for the running of the store in the absence of the General Sales Manager.
