  • Marketing & Strategy
  • Finance & Accounting
  • Entrepreneurship & Innovation
  • Human Resource Management
The successful candidate will inspire learners, support their academic growth, and prepare them for future success in their chosen fields.Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with curriculum standards.
  • Create innovative and engaging learning resources.
  • Support and guide students to achieve their academic goals.
  • Keep subject knowledge up-to-date with industry trends and best practice.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or a related field (postgraduate qualification desirable).
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one.
  • Previous experience teaching Business subjects at FE/HE level (preferred).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive, student-focused education.
