I am seeking a committed and skilled Clinical Lead / Development Manager to join a leadership team at a well-established nursing home near Herne Bay, Kent.This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, many of whom are living with dementia, while supporting the continuous development of care standards within the home.About the Role:In this full-time leadership position, you will play a key role in overseeing the clinical care within the home and driving service improvement.
