- Reporting to the Head of Service, Parts & Clothing
- Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours via the retail counter
- Liaising with all Departments
- Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
- Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
- Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their motorcycle
- Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
- Previous experience within the motorcycle /automotive trade

- Mechanical knowledge of Yamaha motorcycles
- Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge
- A full A Category Motorcycle Licence is desirable
- 39 hour working week
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) rising with service.
