- Delivering one-to-one and small group academic interventions.
- Supporting lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom delivery.
- Assisting students in preparing for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
- Contributing to the development of effective teaching strategies.
- Gaining practical insight into a wide range of educational needs and approaches.
- Educated to degree level with a 2:1 or above in a STEM discipline (e.g., Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Confident in their subject knowledge and able to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Professional, reliable, and passionate about making a difference in education.
- Strong communicators with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, outreach) is beneficial but not essential.
- Considering a future in teaching, education, or academic research.
- Up to £600 per week (full-time, term-time only)
- Work in a high-achieving and supportive secondary school in Hounslow
