As Sales Manager, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the United Kingdom. You will represent IQIP’s innovative mechanical solutions, working with clients in infrastructure and heavy construction. The role includes a strong focus on new business development and involves frequent travel across the region to build and maintain customer relationships. You will handle both long and short sales cycles and tailor technical solutions to meet customer needs.Your responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales plan for new business in the civil marketBuild and maintain strong relationships with (potential) customersTravel frequently to visit client sites and attend industry eventsIdentify customer needs and translate these into tailored IQIP solutionsWork closely with engineering and project teams to provide technical and commercial supportLead negotiations and close contracts for complex mechanical equipmentManage sales pipelines and report market developments internallyYour ProfileA bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial disciplineProven track record in sales of technical and/or mechanical productsExperience with both long-cycle and short-cycle sales processesStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility and willingness to travel frequently within the regionAffinity with civil construction, infrastructure, or heavy equipment marketsSelf-starter with a commercial mindset and strong customer focusWhat IQIP offersAn opportunity to drive the energy transition with usPush boundaries to shape tomorrow’s worldOutstanding learning opportunitiesMonthly salary depending on your level and expertise.Flexible working hoursWhy IQIP?
