A lovely family in Wapping, London, is seeking a Full-time Nanny to care for their delightful toddler. They are looking for someone interested in a long-term role, as the family plans to grow in the future. The ideal candidate will become part of the family, working alongside the parents to support their baby's current routines and assist with future routine changes. Previous experience demonstrating longevity in similar roles is highly desirable. It would be ideal if the nanny is flexible to travel with the family to the USA once or twice a year. The family also has a dog, so the candidate must be comfortable around pets, although no pet care will be required as a dog walker is employed.Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, approximately 40 hours per weekDuties include:
  • Prepare healthy and varied meals for the child
  • Organise and maintain the child's daily schedule and routine
  • Change nappies and ensure proper hygiene
  • Clean and sterilise bottles and feeding equipment
  • Establish and follow a consistent nap routine
  • Wash, dress, and care for the child's personal needs
  • Engage the child in age-appropriate play and activities
  • Monitor the child's development and provide regular updates to parents
  • Ensure the child's safety, well-being, and happiness at all times
  • Organise and manage the child's wardrobe
  • Handle laundry and ironing of the child's clothes
  • Keep the child's bedroom and play areas clean and tidy
  • Carry out occasional grocery shopping for the child's supplies
