- Define and lead the global S2P vision and roadmap.
- Drive end-to-end process alignment, simplification, and standardization.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to enhance user experience.
- Identify and implement improvements using industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Act as the central SME for S2P process excellence.
- Enhance the efficiency and scope of shared services.
- Partner with IT to deploy tools, improve workflows, and drive automation.
- Evaluate and prioritize technology initiatives and change requests.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Monitor risk areas and implement mitigation strategies.
- Work across Procurement, Finance, IT, and other teams in a matrix structure to align goals and deliver global initiatives.
- Lead change initiatives and promote adoption through effective communication and engagement.
- Develop process documentation and training programs.
- Build and support a super user and SME community.
- Establish data governance and improve data quality.
- Strengthen reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
- Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance analysis.
- 5+ years in S2P, procurement, or finance leadership roles.
- Proven experience in global process ownership, standardization, and automation.
- Strong project management skills (Agile a plus).
- Hands-on ERP experience (MS Dynamics preferred).
- Skilled in performance measurement, data analysis, and risk management.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across diverse, global teams.
- Travel: Occasional international travel may be required.

- Monitor and identify goals for the reduction of our GHG emissions from our own operations.
- Drive porcine and bovine genetic improvements which support productivity gains and improve feed efficiency, enabling a reduction in the production of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions per unit of milk or meat produced
- Identify facility and other opportunities for reductions in GHG emissions, consistent with our goals
- Partner and advocate for policies that advance positive climate goals and identified United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
