Collaborate on and implement IEPs, foster a positive learning environment, and assist students with daily living skills. Monitor student progress, behaviour, and interventions. Maintain open communication with parents/guardians.Specifically the activities will be:
  • Deliver individualised and group support sessions for students with diverse SEN.
  • Collaborate on the creation and execution of Individualised Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assist students with daily living skills and personal care.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and interventions.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians.
  • Actively participate in school-wide events and activities.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for?Minimum 6 months' experience supporting students with SEN. Experience in an ABA/CABAS school is highly advantageous. Requirements/SkillsWhat requirements are we looking for?Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; patience, empathy, and a positive attitude; strong organisational and time management skills; proven behaviour management experience.
