Full-time | No Sole Charge | Hospital-Based | Experienced Vets OnlyWe're working with a leading veterinary hospital in Leeds to find a consult-only vet ready to thrive in a high-standard, multidisciplinary setting.This is a hospital-based role-no sole charge, no surgery-just clinical excellence, collaboration, and outstanding patient care.What's on offer?- 4-day week (Mon-Fri) + 1 in 4 weekends (10-hour ECC consult shifts)- Consult-only focus - 30-minute sick pet consults, case continuity, and inpatient care- Tailor your week around ophthalmology, inpatient medicine, or diagnostics- Work closely with ECC and referral teams in a 70+ strong clinical team, including 15+ vets and certificate holders- Feed into a 24/7 hospital supported by a network of 19 referring clinicsWhy this role?Perfect for experienced small animal vets who want to:- Step away from surgery- Focus on case management, imaging, or medicine- Join a collaborative, high-functioning hospital team- Access certificate support & CPD to grow your expertiseHospital Facilities Include:- On-site lab: Procyte, Catalyst Dx, Coag, EPOC- Advanced imaging: CT, digital X-ray, Doppler ultrasound- Endoscopy suite & dental radiography- Transfusion medicine, NPWT, laparoscopy tools (for others in team)- Handle exciting caseloads: DKA, Addison's, pancreatitis, post-op care & moreDevelopment & Support:- £1,500 CPD allowance- Certificate support encouraged- Weekly in-house CPD- Work alongside vets with certificates in surgery, medicine & dentistryImportant Requirements:This role is not suitable for new graduates.
