Salary: £33,008.27 per annumLocation: Harlow based, covering the whole of West Essex
Contract: Permanent Full-Time, 37 hours per week
Shifts: 08.30am to 04.30pm Monday to Friday - includes On call rota basisECL are seeking a Care Manager, known internally as a Local Business Manager to motivate, support and lead the frontline workers in the West Essex TeamThe role will require management and leadership skills to enable you and your team to deliver emerging strategies in West Essex.You will be responsible for giving direction to employees and daily coordination, and development of the services through influencing key stakeholders, with a strong focus on choice and control for customers.About YouTo succeed as a Care Manager, you need:
  • To have previous experience of managing and leading a team
  • Previous experience of working in health or social care setting
  • A proven track record of budget management in order to deliver a cost-effective service and maximise income opportunities
  • To work flexibly and collaboratively across structural boundaries
  • To be aware of the market dynamics and emerging opportunities and work collaboratively
  • To be friendly, approachable, supportive and adaptable to change
  • To have a full driving licence and access to a car
