Liaising with other departments to progress orders.
Communicating with customers throughout the order and production process to keep them updated regarding delivery schedules.
Creating dispatch paperwork and arranging transport for goods outwards.
Processing and expediting internal purchase orders.
Keeping the MRP system up to date with new products, changes in prices or obsolete products.
Ensuring that all operations are ISO compliant.
