We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school based in Andover for a temp to perm position.Hourly rate: £13.75.Vetting checks will be required prior to interview process.Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting teaching and learning in the classroom
- Working one-to-one and in small groups to provide tailored support
- Helping to create a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Encouraging children to be confident, resilient learners with high expectations
- Celebrating successes and helping children believe in themselves
- Has experience working with children in an early years setting
- Is committed, enthusiastic, and nurturing
- Is a team player with excellent communication skills
- Has experience with primary children in a school-based setting
- Has a passion for education and the well-being of children
- Is confident supporting 1-1 and in small groups
