As part of a team, the post holder will be responsible for the management and monitoring of the day case waiting lists for a delegated number of consultants at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust and in accordance with Government Access Targets and Trust's Access Policy.You will also ensure there is an efficient and effective use of available resources at all times.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will book elective TCI dates and associated clinics.   • Good command of the English language - both written and spoken. GCSE Level or equivalent standard in Maths/English
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Business Admin

  • Experience of hospital systems such as MEDWAY NOTIS and Medical Office
ExperienceEssential
  • A recent past NHS experience
  • Demonstrate knowledge of waiting list processes
  • Understanding of the importance of confidentiality

  • 18 week RTT knowledge and experience

  • Ability to develop good working relationships with medical and other hospital staff at all levels
  • Willing and able to work as part of a team
