*Requirements: Must hold a current Enhanced DBSResponsibilities:*Oversee the day-to-day running of the school kitchen
*Manage and motivate the catering team
*Plan, prepare and serve healthy and balanced meals
*Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
*Manage stock, budgets, and supplier ordersRequirements:*Previous experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in a school or catering environment
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen management
*Enhanced DBS (essential)
