- Strong technical knowledge of DB and/or DC pensions.
- Ability to turn complex detail into clear, actionable guidance.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- At least 5 years' experience in pensions technical or administration roles.
- High level of computer literacy and confidence with pensions systems.
