- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality technical design work, adhering to relevant standards and codes.
- Prepare design briefs, scopes of work, and support bid proposals.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets to meet key milestones.
- Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to produce integrated, innovative design solutions.
- Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the design process.
- Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng).
- Proven experience in multidisciplinary design delivery.
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: water/wastewater treatment, storage solutions, hydraulics, water supply, and wastewater collection.
- Familiarity with UK design standards and industry practices.
- Proficiency in digital design tools (e.g. HADES, InfoWorks, EPANET).
