You will be the face of our guests’ experiences, making sure that from the moment our guests arrive to the moment they leave that they are having a wonderful time.No two days at the hotels are the same and your responsibilities will vary daily, however as a Team Leader you will be responsible for:
  • The delivery of exceptional hospitality
  • The delivery of product knowledge and standards training to Restaurant and Bar hosts
  • Contributing to the positive financial performance of Food and Beverage sales
  • Training, evaluation, and mentoring of your team to ensure high quality and consistent performance
  • Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety, cellar
  • management.
  • The smooth running of service, strong communication with the Kitchen and the restaurant bar and meetings and events team
  • Working with your team, supporting them, and have fun whilst working hard
  • Demonstrating your passion for hospitality, creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
