This is a therapeutic fostering service that is rated "good" by Ofsted.About youThe successful candidate will have Senior Social Worker/Management experience within Fostering Social Work teams post qualification and whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will be managing a team of Social Workers & Support Workers and deputising for the registered manager. You will also be taking a leading role in Foster Carer recruitment & retention and ensuring best practice within the service.What's on offer?
