  • Managing residential lettings portfolios efficiently
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Handling tenant queries and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
  • Prioritising workload and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Conducting property inspections and managing maintenance issues
  • Keeping accurate records and documentation up to date
  • Providing excellent customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Proven experience in residential property management
  • ARLA membership is desirable
  • Good understanding of current lettings legislation
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to problem solve calmly and effectively
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of the local Reading area beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential
