They are known for their expertise, exclusive mandates, and strong track record across the UK and US.This is not a “churn and burn” environment — it’s a firm that invests heavily in training, offers long-term career progression, and rewards success with one of the best commission schemes in the industry.The Opportunity
- Work with an established client base of global banks, hedge funds, and commodity firms.
- Place high-value candidates into roles such as analysts, traders, quants, compliance specialists, and technologists.
- Average deal sizes around £90k, with the potential to place candidates on packages up to £750k.
- Exposure to international markets: ~40% US, ~40% UK, ~20% elsewhere.
- Partner with experienced recruiters in Prime Brokering, Equities, Systematic Quant Trading, Tech, Commodities, and Compliance.
- 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (any sector, ideally professional services/finance/tech).
- Ambitious and commercially minded, looking to build a long-term career in a high-billing market.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building strong client and candidate relationships.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient — someone who wants to earn and progress.
- Bi-monthly internal training sessions + external development opportunities.
