Join us to make legends happen!About the rolePLEASE NOTE: This is a Maternity Cover position (9 Months Fixed-Term)Our UK partnerships team is growing, and we’re looking for a Partnership Sales Manager to drive new business and sell creative, high-impact brand partnerships across our UK music and entertainment venue portfolio.The Partnerships Sales Manager will identify, develop, and close long-term brand partnerships that hit revenue targets and bring brands closer to live entertainment.As Partnership Sales Manager, UK, you’ll play a key role in driving commercial growth by:
  • Develop and pitch creative brand partnerships that harness the passion and reach of live music and entertainment.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching, to negotiating and closing long-term deals.
  • Drive new market opportunities by selling bespoke, insight-led partnerships across the UK-wide Legends ASM venue portfolio.
  • Support go-to-market strategies to unlock new rights, categories, and commercial growth areas.
  • Build strong internal relationships across venue and central teams to identify opportunities and tailor partnership solutions.
  • Represent Legends ASM at client meetings, industry events, and partnership discussions with credibility and enthusiasm.
  • Provide clear and consistent pipeline updates and sales reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with a fast-growing team to deliver innovative partnerships that help brands connect authentically with culture.
We are looking for someone with
  • Proven ability to initiate and nurture senior client relationships, leading to high-impact collaborations and long-term partnerships.
  • Proactive and growth-driven, with a track record of opening new markets, unlocking untapped categories, and expanding commercial opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success in driving brand partnerships and market outreach across live events, media, sport, technology, and entertainment.
  • Exceptional pitching, presenting, and storytelling skills to engage, persuade, and inspire diverse stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter, comfortable driving proactive outreach and new market development through persistence and creativity.
  • Skilled at developing creative, market-facing campaigns that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable value for brand partners.
  • Personable and highly communicative, confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers to build trust and influence.
  • Experienced in managing extensive outreach pipelines and negotiating partnerships that balance client needs with business objectives.
